About the Canon EOS 1300D DSLR with EF-S 18-55mm III Lens

The Canon EOS 1300D is a straightforward entry-level DSLR, ideal for learning photography. Its 18-megapixel APS-C sensor delivers much better low-light performance and background blur than a phone or compact camera. The 9-point autofocus and 3 frames-per-second continuous shooting handle everyday subjects, while Full HD video at 30fps covers movies. Built-in Wi-Fi with NFC lets you transfer images to a phone or tablet using the Canon Camera Connect app, and remote shooting is supported. This kit includes the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 III standard zoom, a versatile lens for portraits, landscapes and everyday snapshots. The camera uses SD/SDHC/SDXC cards and the LP-E10 battery.
