About the Canon EOS 450D DSLR Body

The Canon EOS 450D (also sold as the Rebel XSi) is a compact, easy-to-use entry-level DSLR. Its 12.2-megapixel APS-C sensor is far larger than a phone or compact camera sensor, giving cleaner low-light images and natural background blur. A 3-inch LCD with Live View lets you compose on screen rather than through the viewfinder, and the 9-point autofocus system with a centre cross-type point keeps subjects sharp. It accepts the whole Canon EF and EF-S lens range, so it is a sensible starting point for learning photography or a light second body. This listing is for the camera body only.
