About the Canon EOS 60D DSLR with 18-55mm Lens

The Canon EOS 60D is a mid-range DSLR aimed at enthusiasts stepping up from entry-level models. Its 18-megapixel APS-C sensor delivers detailed images with good low-light performance, while the 3-inch vari-angle LCD makes it easy to shoot from awkward angles or record video. The 60D was the first EOS DSLR to feature an in-camera Creative Filters mode; it also has a locking mode dial (the EOS 7D introduced that feature). This kit includes the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens, a standard zoom with image stabilisation that covers wide-angle to short telephoto – ideal for everyday shooting, travel and portraits. The camera also offers 5.3fps continuous shooting and Full HD 1080p video with manual control.
