About the Sony DSC-HX60 Compact Camera

The Sony DSC-HX60 is a compact travel-zoom camera built around a 20.4-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor and a 30x optical zoom lens. That range covers wide landscapes through to distant subjects, making it a practical one-camera option for holidays and days out. Optical SteadyShot image stabilisation helps keep handheld shots and video steady, particularly at the long end of the zoom. The camera records Full HD 1080p video, and built-in Wi-Fi with NFC lets you transfer images to a phone or tablet and control the camera remotely. A 3-inch LCD screen handles framing and playback, and the compact body slips into a pocket or small bag.
