About the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W130 Compact Camera

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W130 is a pocket-sized compact camera from Sony's W series. Its 8.1-megapixel CCD sensor captures detailed images, while the 4x optical zoom lens – a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar design – covers a useful 32–128mm equivalent range for everyday shooting. Optical SteadyShot image stabilisation helps reduce blur from camera shake, especially at longer focal lengths or in low light. The 2.5-inch LCD screen makes framing and reviewing shots easy, and the camera offers a range of automatic and scene modes for point-and-shoot simplicity. It records video clips and uses Sony's Memory Stick Duo media. A solid choice for anyone wanting a simple, reliable compact.
