About the Sony HDR-CX250 Camcorder
The Sony HDR-CX250 is a compact, easy-to-use Full HD camcorder for everyday filming. Its 30x optical zoom lens pulls distant subjects close, while Optical SteadyShot stabilises handheld footage so walking and panning shots stay smooth. Video is recorded at Full HD 1080p to the camcorder's built-in flash memory or to a removable memory card, and a flip-out touchscreen makes framing and playback simple. It is small enough to carry all day and straightforward enough for anyone to pick up, making it a practical choice for family events, holidays and travel.
