About the Canon IXUS 132 Compact Camera
The Canon IXUS 132 is a slim, metal-bodied compact camera designed to slip into a pocket or bag. Its 16-megapixel sensor and DIGIC 4 processor produce clear, colourful everyday photos, while the 8x optical zoom covers a useful 28–224mm range – wide enough for group shots and landscapes, and long enough to pull in distant subjects. A 2.7-inch LCD is used for framing and playback, and Smart Auto selects the right scene mode automatically. It also records 720p HD video. A straightforward, affordable choice for casual snapshots, holidays and family use.
