About the Canon IXUS 145 Compact Camera
The Canon IXUS 145 is a slim, pocket-friendly compact camera designed for everyday snapshots and travel. Its 16-megapixel sensor and DIGIC 4+ processor deliver clear, colourful images, while the 8x optical zoom covers a useful 28–224mm range – wide enough for group shots and long enough to pull in distant subjects. Smart Auto recognises the scene and picks settings for you, and Creative Filters add effects like Fish-eye and Miniature in-camera. It records 720p HD video and runs from a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, making it a simple, lightweight choice for casual photography.
