About the Canon IXUS 70 Compact Camera
The Canon IXUS 70 is a slim, pocket-sized point-and-shoot from Canon's long-running IXUS range. Its 7.1-megapixel CCD sensor and DIGIC III image processor produce clean, natural-looking photos in good light, while the 3x optical zoom covers everyday subjects from group shots to portraits. The 2.5-inch LCD makes framing and reviewing easy, and the camera's flat, squared-off body slips into a pocket or bag. It is a simple, dependable choice for casual snapshots, holidays and nights out, with Canon's familiar easy-to-use menu system and a built-in flash for low light.
