About this model
The Nikon D3500 is a compact, easy-to-use DSLR body. Its 24.2-megapixel DX-format (APS-C) sensor is far larger than a phone or compact camera sensor, giving cleaner low-light images and natural background blur. The on-screen Guide Mode explains settings as you shoot, and the camera records Full HD 1080p video at 60p. A 5 frames-per-second burst and a 1550-shot battery life make it a practical choice for travel, family and everyday photography. This listing is for the camera body only; a lens is required to take photos. It uses Nikon F-mount lenses and is compatible with AF-S and AF-P lenses with autofocus, while older AF and AF-D lenses fit but focus manually.
