About this model
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ62 is a bridge camera that pairs a 24x optical zoom lens with a 16.1-megapixel sensor, giving you wide-angle to long-telephoto reach without changing lenses. The zoom covers roughly 25–600mm in 35mm terms, so it handles landscapes, portraits and distant subjects in one body. Power O.I.S. image stabilisation helps keep handheld shots sharp, particularly at the long end of the zoom. Full HD 1080p video is available, and the 3-inch rear LCD is used for framing and playback. It is a straightforward, all-in-one option for travel and everyday photography.
