About this model
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ55 is a travel-zoom compact built for people who want one small camera that covers everything. Its 20x optical zoom reaches from wide-angle landscapes to distant subjects, while the 16-megapixel sensor and optical image stabilisation help keep handheld shots sharp. The 3-inch screen tilts upwards, which makes framing low-angle shots and self-portraits much easier, and built-in Wi-Fi lets you transfer photos to a phone or tablet for quick sharing. It is a straightforward, pocketable camera for holidays, days out and everyday snapshots, with the flexibility of a long zoom that a phone cannot match.
