About this model
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 is a travel-zoom compact built for people who want a long zoom without carrying a bag of lenses. Its 12x optical zoom starts at a useful 25mm wide angle and reaches 300mm, covering landscapes, group shots and distant subjects in one pocketable body. The 10.1-megapixel sensor and Panasonic's image stabilisation help keep handheld shots sharp, while the 3-inch screen makes framing and reviewing easy. It also records HD video, so it doubles as a simple camcorder. A good choice if you want one small camera for holidays and everyday use.
