Before you sell

  • It powers on and charges normally
  • Every button, dial and port works
  • No cracks, liquid damage or major dents
  • The screen, viewfinder and memory card slot work correctly
  • No sensor dust. Set the smallest aperture (f/16 or higher), take a photo of a plain white wall or sky, then zoom in fully on the photo. No dark spots should appear.
  • No fungus, haze or deep scratches in the lens. Shine a torch through the lens and look for web-like threads, cloudiness or spots inside the glass. (Camera body only? Tick this.)
