We print this on your prepaid label as the sender. We only use it as the return address if the parcel can’t be delivered to us.
After you submit, we email you a link to your trade-in. When you’re ready to post it, open the link, choose how to send it (drop off at a shop or locker, or collection from your door) and get your free label.
